Getting message License not found!
  1. Check the light in the dongle. If not light then dongle is corrupt or damaged. Dongle to be replaced.
  2. If light is ok then try connecting dongle properly. Change port or try on some other machine.
  3. Check in device manager – while plugging in and out, it should appear in the Human interface Devices. If not then dongle is corrupt or damaged. Dongle to be replaced.
  4. If all of the above is working then either
    • license is not present in the dongle - contact vendor to get license.
    • dongle is corrupt - contact vendor to get the dongle replaced.

How to play new downloaded videos

If user is not able to run the newly downloaded videos on web player then provide old player (APP, DATA, player.exe). User will copy new videos in Data folder and run the player.exe to play videos.

Course is not updating for new videos

Some file are not present or corrupted. Replace configuration file and patch folder content in the player.

Pen drive is empty but is showing full in my computer

Pen drive content hidden due to default settings. Follow below steps to view the pen drive content.

  • Click on "view" menu in "My Computer"
  • Click on "view" tab
  • check "Hidden items"
  • Content should be shown in the pen drive
  • If no result then click on "view" menu again
  • Open "Options" tab. Another window will pop-up
  • Click on "view' tab
  • In the list - Under "Hidden files & folder" - check the "show hidden files, folders, & drives"
  • If no result then also check the box "Hide the protected operating system files (recommended)
  • If still no result, then pen drive is corrupt or virus is blocking it.
